📄️ Instances
The Instances section in Pyplan lets you monitor and manage all active application sessions on the server. From here you can:
📄️ Logs
The Logs section offers a window into the application's activity timeline. This log captures a series of actions, timestamps, and user details, providing a comprehensive record for users to review and understand the flow of activities. The flexibility to filter logs by date, user, model, instance, and actions ensures a targeted exploration of specific events.
📄️ Scheduled Tasks
Pyplan has a task manager to schedule activities automatically. This tool is available in the left sidebar, under the Tools menu, in the Scheduled tasks option.
📄️ Secrets Manager
The Secrets Manager is a tool that securely manages keys and passwords on a per-department and per-user basis, ensuring that only authorized users have access to these sensitive credentials.
📄️ Test Applications
The Test Applications tool lets us run the automation tests of several applications at once — without opening each application — and keep track of how each one performed. It is a central place to register the applications we want to validate, launch their tests, review the resulting logs, and be notified by email when a run finishes.
