¶ Instances
The Instances section of Pyplan is designed for overseeing user and application activity. Here, you can easily monitor CPU and RAM usage for each instance, including real-time stats and the highest RAM utilization during the session. This insight helps you make informed decisions about resource allocation and performance optimization. The page also offers administrative capabilities, allowing you to gracefully close instances to free up resources or send messages to users, politely requesting them to close specific instances.

¶ Instance Manager
The Instance Manager, a centralized hub designed to offer real-time insights into active user sessions. This dynamic table provides a snapshot of the current system landscape, equipped with key columns:
- Open: Displays the duration for which the application has been running since its initiation.
- User: Indicates the username or identity of the individual currently using the application.
- Company: Specifies the company associated with the user of the current session.
- Current Application: Identifies the specific application that the user is currently accessing within platform.
- Is Pool: A binary indicator marking whether the application is part of a shared pool or dedicated to a specific user.
- Active: Reflects the active duration of the current session, indicating how long the user has been actively engaged with the application.
- Timeout In: Displays the remaining time before the session automatically times out due to inactivity.
- Actions: Kill Instance: A symbol representing the option to forcefully terminate the instance. Logout Required: Send a request to the user, asking them to voluntarily end their instance.
¶ Selected Instance
Upon selecting an instance from the table, you will gain access to the Selected Instance panel, a feature meticulously designed for an in-depth exploration of critical performance metrics. Within this panel, you gain immediate visibility into memory utilization, both in real-time and at peak moments, as well as CPU usage. Furthermore, the panel provides valuable insights into the application's namee and the last processed node.
